- Refunds:
- Refunds will be initiated and will be received within 5-7 business days in the account from which payment was made.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- An unboxing video is mandatory when applying for a return. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.
- Return Process:

- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the unboxing video.
